Trained by Chris Waller Opinion was brought to Australia in 2013.
Having already won 4 races in the UK it didn’t take him long to take the staying ranks by storm in Australia winning the Listed Paramatta Cup then running second in the Group 1 Sydney Cup. He later went on to win the Group 1 Metropolitian. He contiued to compete at the highest level of Australia racing before being retired in 2016.
